Our hospice program focuses on providing comfort and dignity for residents who are nearing the end of their life. Our experienced and compassionate team of healthcare professionals include skilled nursing staff members who are available 24/7 to adjust medication as needed to reduce pain and ensure comfort. In addition to caring for our residents’ complex medical needs, our hospice team is specially trained to care for the psychological, social, and spiritual needs of our residents and their loved ones.
Our skilled nursing and medical care are well-designed to give our residents the peace of mind they need while living with a chronic illness. We carefully create continuum of care for our patients and take a holistic approach to your health that is respectful and transparent. Our individualized care plans ensure open and clear communication between physicians, nursing staff, therapists, patients, and family. With 24/7 skilled nursing care we are able to make medication adjustments and other decisions at any time of the day or night. This flexibility ensures that you are always well cared for.
